Ms. Anushka Attri is a Clinical Psychologist (M.Phil) trained from the School of Behavioural Sciences, National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), recognised by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). She completed her master’s at Panjab University (PU). 

She believes in providing a non-judgemental and safe space to the clients. She also focuses on embracing a true sense of self, which fosters an individual’s psychological growth. She uses an eclectic approach to resolve the issues and difficulties faced by the clients. With an eclectic approach, she draws from the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, mindfulness-based practices, acceptance and commitment therapy, and  Client Centred Therapy.

Ms. Shagufta Nasir is a licensed clinical psychologist registered under the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). She pursued her masters in Applied Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia and her M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences.

Ms. Nasir has worked with adult and child populations with urban and rural backgrounds. She has worked with individuals with Affective Disorders, Anxiety disorders, Personality Disorders, Prolonged Grief Disorder, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and other Psychiatric Conditions. She has trained in Psychometric assessments and psychological intervention, including Crisis Management, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapies, and Existential Approaches. Furthermore, she has been involved in mental health awareness and sensitization programs in rural villages in northern India.

She is a member of the American Psychological Association and Global Clinical Practice Network- World Health Organization. She is also trained as a QPR gatekeeper for suicide prevention and is efficient in Crisis Intervention.

Ms. Tanya Singh is an Associate Clinical Psychologist recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India. In addition to the RCI certification as Clinical Psychologist (Associate) and master’s degree in clinical psychology, she also holds an M.Phil. in Sociology. 

She has been working for the last 10 years in the field of mental health in different roles of – life skills trainer and teacher, a counsellor, and now as a certified clinical psychologist trained in providing individual therapy and psychometrics as well as neuropsychological assessments. 

Throughout her career, she has offered individual and group counselling to children, adolescents, and adults dealing with mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety and other concomitant conditions, including addiction, trauma, family, marital and parenting issues at both clinical and sub-clinical levels. Her training allows her to gauge the problem from an individual’s unique perspective and standing, thereby devising a therapy plan that best fits the individual’s goals and needs.

Her approach focuses on a holistic view of mental health – including the identification and treatment of the root causes of the illness using various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Psychodynamic techniques, Life skills and Neuroscience based techniques. Her specialisations include Drug Abuse & Deaddiction Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), and Supportive Family Therapy.

Rohan is a practicing Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist. He pursued his M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the Post Graduate Institute of Behavioural and Medical Sciences (PGIBAMS) Raipur, which is recognised by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). He has completed his M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from CHRIST (Deemed to be) University, Bangalore. He has previously worked and trained at various clinics and organisations including National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) India, the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS), Manipal Hospital, and People Tree Maarga.

He has experience working with adolescents and adults with varied psychological concerns. He uses an approach that is eclectic and integrative and focuses on an individual’s holistic well-being in order to meet the unique needs of each client. He tailor-makes each session for his clients along with providing them with a safe, non-judgmental, authentic, and collaborative therapeutic space to work in.

Ms. Sreeja De is a Clinical Psychologist in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, and has been practicing in this field since 2010. She completed her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from IHBAS (Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences), Delhi University, in 2010. Some of the services provided by her are Marriage/ Marital Counselling, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relationship Counselling, Family Counseling, etc.

This test is for people (both youth and adults) who have trouble focusing, remembering things, completing tasks, and/or sitting still.

5) Screening reports are based on self-report responses.

This composite measure screens common mental disorders like depression, anxiety, OCD, and characteristic patterns of traits people exhibit across various situations.
